Requesting a revision

To fix what does not match the agreement, not to ask for new work.

Each package includes a number of revisions. They exist to correct what came out different from what was agreed.

How to ask well

Be specific: «the logo blue should be the brand blue, #0B3D91» instead of «I don't like it».
Put everything in one request rather than five messages through the day.
Point to what was contracted, not to what you have since thought of.

Limits

Revisions must respect the original scope and cannot be used to demand additional unpaid work. Requests outside the scope lead to an additional offer, which you accept or not. Abusive use of revisions may lead the platform to intervene.

Timing

Asking for a revision can change the completion date. That is normal and is recorded on the order.
