Delivering the work

What counts as delivery and what does not.

Delivery is made through the order's own function, not by a loose message.

A valid delivery

  • matches the contracted scope;
  • includes the agreed files or access;
  • is made within the deadline;
  • is sufficiently identified.

What is not a delivery

  • informal messages saying it is almost done;
  • incomplete files;
  • requests for an extension;
  • empty deliveries made only to stop the clock.
Delivering empty to buy time breaches the Terms and can lead to the platform intervening in the order and to account suspension.

After delivering

The client has 7 days to approve, request a revision or open a dispute. If they do nothing, the order may be approved automatically.
