After delivery the client normally has 7 consecutive days to approve, request a revision or open a dispute. If they do nothing, the order may be approved automatically and the amount goes to the freelancer.
Why it exists
Without this deadline, a client simply disappearing would leave someone's work stuck indefinitely. The deadline protects whoever has already delivered.
What automatic approval does not remove
- mandatory consumer rights;
- the review of fraud;
- hidden defects;
- serious, properly evidenced breach.
In other words: the order closes, but if there is a serious and proven problem, there is still a path.
You get warnings before the deadline ends. If you need more time to review the work, say so in the order
conversation.
