Tax and bank details

What we ask for, why, and what happens if something is missing.

What we may ask for

Directly or through the payment processor:

  • an identity document;
  • proof of address;
  • a tax identification number;
  • identification of the beneficial owner;
  • bank details;
  • professional certificates or proof of activity;
  • information on the origin or destination of funds.

This is not curiosity: it is what the law and fraud prevention require of anyone moving money.

If something is missing

Missing documents or inconsistent information can lead to account limits, suspension of listings, blocked withdrawals or, in serious cases, closure.

Keeping it current

It is your responsibility to keep tax, bank and professional details up to date. If you change IBAN, update it before your next withdrawal request — recent bank changes can, on their own, trigger extra checks.

Every user is responsible for declaring their income, issuing tax documents, charging and remitting VAT where applicable, and paying their taxes. The platform does not give tax advice.
