The minimum

The minimum to request a withdrawal is €50 of available balance. You can accumulate amounts from several orders until you get there.

What has to be in order

verified identity;
complete tax details;
a valid IBAN or payment account;
confirmation of the account holder;
no open dispute and no negative balance;
security period and reserve satisfied.

What cannot be withdrawn

Pending, frozen or reserved amounts, and amounts tied to withdrawals already being processed.

Timing and costs

There may be bank timings, limits and external costs. Any fee charged to you is shown before you confirm. The platform may process withdrawals on specific days of the week or in batches, always with that information available.

TugaFreela charges no withdrawal fee. Any cost that exists comes from the banking side and is shown to you before you confirm.
