Approving delivery and leaving a review

You have 7 days to approve, ask for a revision or open a dispute.

When the work is delivered you get a notice and have three paths.

The 7 days

After delivery you normally have 7 consecutive days to:

  • approve the work;
  • ask for a revision, if something does not match what was contracted;
  • open a dispute, if there is a serious problem.

If you do nothing in that time, the order may be approved automatically. Automatic approval does not remove your mandatory consumer rights, nor does it prevent the review of fraud or of serious, properly evidenced breach.

Leaving a review

Once you approve, leave a review. It is what holds up trust across the whole platform. Be concrete: «delivered two days early and accepted a change without arguing» helps more than «very good».

Reviews must reflect real experiences. It is forbidden to buy or sell reviews, review orders that never existed, pressure anyone into changing a review, or offer benefits in exchange. A negative review is not removed just for being unfavourable.

Approving is not a formality: it is what releases the money to the freelancer. If you are happy, approve without delay.
