How to find the right service

There are two ways to reach someone: search for a service already published, or post your project and let them come to you.

Searching

• The search bar. Write what you need in plain words: «logo for a restaurant», «online shop», «video subtitles».
• By category. The top menu has every area: Artificial Intelligence, Design & Print, Marketing, Programming & Tech, Audio, Photo, Video, Business, Writing & Translation and more.

What to look at in a listing

• The packages. What each one includes, the delivery time and the number of revisions.
• The reviews. Not just the average — read what people wrote.
• The portfolio. Previous work in the same line as what you want.
• The profile. How long they have been here, how many jobs they completed, how fast they reply.
• The Premium badge. It marks people who pay for placement. It is not a quality guarantee, it is a bought position, and it is always labelled as such.

How results are ordered

A service's position can take into account relevance to the search, the quality and completeness of the listing, reviews, completed orders, on-time delivery, response time, account verification and paid promotions, which are always identified. Relevance and track record weigh more than simple order of arrival.
