What it is for, what is pending and what is available.

The wallet is the record of the movements on your account: what came in, what went out, what is waiting.

The two balances

Pending balance	Amounts still subject to delivery, approval, a security period, a dispute or verification. Not withdrawable yet.
Available balance	Amounts that already meet the conditions to be used or withdrawn.

What the balance is for

Paying orders without entering your card again.
Accepting custom offers inside chat.
Paying for Premium, featured slots and extra services.
Withdrawing to your bank account, if you are a freelancer.

Topping up

You can top up by card, MB WAY or Multibanco. It is not compulsory: any order can be paid directly at the time. People top up for convenience or to use a coupon.

TugaFreela is not a bank and pays no interest on balances. If you are not going to spend it here, withdraw it.
