| MB WAY | You get the request in the app and confirm on your phone. There is a €300 cap per operation, set by MB WAY itself. |
| Multibanco | We generate an entity and reference. You pay in your banking app or at an ATM, and it registers as soon as the payment lands. |
| Balance | If you already have available balance in your wallet, you can use it directly. |

Payment happens on a page of ours, with the summary in plain sight: the service price, the platform fee, VAT and the total. No jumps to unfamiliar sites.
No need to top up first
Each order is paid individually at the time of hiring. We do not require any prior top-up. The wallet exists for those who want it, not to force anyone.
TugaFreela is not a bank, does not take deposits and pays no interest. The amounts in your wallet are the
internal record of the movements on your account.
