PortuguêsYou can ask to close your account at any time. Before that, some things have to be closed.
Before closing
- complete or cancel orders in progress;
- resolve open disputes;
- settle negative balances;
- withdraw available amounts;
- download any documents you need.
What closing does not do
It does not remove liabilities, debts, tax documents, evidence or earlier obligations. An unpaid order stays unpaid.
Closing and erasing data are different things
You can ask for both at once. Closing shuts the account; erasure concerns personal data and follows the rules in section 42.1 of the Terms.
On TugaFreela nothing is deleted automatically. Inactive accounts do not vanish on their own and drafts are
not removed unless someone asks.
