Contacts and payments outside the platform

On TugaFreela, contacts never appear in a listing and, in conversation, only become visible after the buyer has paid.

Why

Not to make anyone's life difficult, and not to trap clients. It is because work arranged inside the platform has:

• money held until approval;
• a written record of what was agreed;
• deadlines tracked automatically;
• a dispute mechanism;
• receipts and tax documents.

Off-platform there is none of this. Someone cheated in a deal arranged over WhatsApp has nobody to turn to.

What is forbidden

The Terms forbid using TugaFreela to find a client or a freelancer and then move that same operation, or a substantially related one, off the platform in order to avoid fees, commissions, checks, security rules, dispute mechanisms or tax obligations.

How it is detected

Phone numbers, emails and addresses are detected automatically in text and images, in two layers: by pattern and by artificial intelligence. The word «WhatsApp» on its own is not blocked — what is blocked is the contact itself.
