Honest reviews

What can and cannot be done with the stars.

Reviews are what holds up trust on the platform. That is why the rules are firm.

Forbidden

buying or selling reviews;
reviewing an order that never existed;
pressuring or threatening another user over a review;
offering benefits in exchange for a positive review;
publishing false or defamatory information;
creating accounts to manipulate ratings.

What we remove

Fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant or unlawful reviews. A negative review is not removed just for being unfavourable — if the client genuinely had a bad experience, they have the right to say so.

If you get an unfair review

Reply politely and with facts. A calm answer to a harsh review convinces future clients more than any star. If the review breaches the rules above, open a ticket with the evidence.
