The platform's role

TugaFreela provides the technological infrastructure that allows people to publish and promote services, search and compare freelancers, hire, exchange messages and files, track orders, process payments through external entities, manage deliveries, revisions, reviews, disputes and refunds, and support conflict resolution.

What the platform is not

TugaFreela is not the service provider. The work is carried out directly by freelancers, who are independent professionals. It is also not a bank: it takes no deposits and pays no interest on balances.
