Manuel and service approval

Manuel is the name we give to the artificial intelligence working at TugaFreela. It is not a promise for the future: he works every day.

What he does

• Reads everything that comes in. Every service is analysed, text and images, against rules written in Portuguese.
• Approves in minutes. What complies goes live straight away, at any hour of the day or night. Nobody waits days for a manual approval.
• Holds back what is doubtful. Misleading services or improper images are held.
• Watches deadlines. He warns the freelancer two days before and on the day; if the deadline passes, he warns the client too.
• Hides contacts. Numbers and emails stay hidden until there is a payment.

The final decision is human

Manuel raises his hand, he does not close doors. When a service is held, a person decides whether it is rejected, and that decision always comes with a written reason.

How long it takes

Most of the time, minutes. If it is held for human review it can take longer — and you are emailed as soon as there is a decision.
