Writing a listing that sells

What separates a service nobody clicks from one that fills your calendar.

Write for people who don't know

Someone looking for a logo does not know what a vector file is, or why it matters. Explain in plain language what they get and what it is for.

Be concrete about the deliverables

Instead of «professional design», write «three initial proposals, one chosen and refined until approved, files in PDF, PNG and SVG, plus a version for social media».

Say what you don't do

A listing that says «I don't handle printing or social media management» saves pointless conversations and avoids frustrated clients. Whoever reads that and still hires is the right client.

Deadlines you can keep

Better to promise seven days and deliver in five than the other way round. On-time delivery weighs on your ranking and on your reputation.

Prices that make sense

The three packages should be clearly different from each other. If Basic and Professional are almost the same, nobody understands why they would pay more.

If you need help writing, the platform has an AI writing tool that suggests titles and descriptions from what you tell it. It suggests — it does not invent on your behalf, and you always approve.
