PortuguêsTugaFreela has no separate accounts for buying and selling. It is the same account with two roles that can be switched on at any time.
What each role does

Choosing at the start
After confirming your email the platform asks what you want to do. The choice only changes what appears in your menu and home page — it closes no doors.
Adding the other role later
In your dashboard, under My profile, you can switch on the role you don't have yet. If you started as a client and now want to sell, that is where you do it. To publish your first service you will need to complete your profile and provide a tax identification number.
Plenty of people use both sides: they hire a designer for their brand and sell their own coding hours. Same
account, same balance, same reputation.
