How to pay for Premium and featured slots

All from your wallet balance, with the amount in plain sight before you confirm.

Go to your dashboard, to the service you want to push.
Choose Premium or Feature.
If you don't have enough balance, top up by card, MB WAY or Multibanco.
Confirm. The amount and VAT appear before anything is charged.

Receipts

Every purchase is recorded under My payments, with a PDF receipt.

When the money lands

By card and MB WAY, immediately. By Multibanco, when the payment is processed — that can take a few minutes. We only tell you when the money actually arrives; we never treat as confirmed what has not landed.

Topping up is not the same as buying Premium. They are two steps: first the balance enters your wallet, then you activate what you want.
